The University of Liverpool Management School has secured funding to deliver an Innovative business growth programme in the Liverpool City Region called Growth Catalyst.

Developed by experts in the field of leadership and management, Growth Catalyst employs an integrated delivery model, aimed at improving the performance of the business and the personal development and confidence of the owner/manager.

Growth Catalyst is a seven month leadership development programme, which includes a 2 day leadership residential, business coaching, a series of masterclass talks, online skills workshops, Action Learning and a Business Shadowing Exercise, all underpinned by a network of likeminded individuals, keen to grow their businesses in an atmosphere of mutual support and trust.

The programme includes:

  • 6 hours of coaching.
  • 7 masterclasses.
  • 4 x three hour Action Learning set meetings.
  • A Business Shadowing Exercise.
  • 6 “Essential Skills” online workshops.
  • A peer network of likeminded owner/managers

There is no charge for attending the programme, however there is an application and selection process to ensure that places are awarded to businesses that have plans for growth and are committed to meaningful change .

If you are interested, please complete and return the attached application form to richardh@liv.ac.uk by Friday 2nd September 2022 , Although they are accepting completed application forms now!

Participants must attend the overnight residential on the 3rd and 4th November 2022 and must be able to commit to attend 80% of all activities.
